After recovering from Corona, Abhay Singh Sandhu, the nephew of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, has passed away in Mohali, Punjab. He was admitted to a private hospital in Mohali on May 6 after becoming corona infected. Abhay Singh Sandhu lost his life due to complications after Kovid-19 on Thursday.

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh tweeted and mourned his death. Capt Amarinder Singh tweeted that ‘knowing about the death of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh’s nephew Abhay Singh Sandhu was sad. My condolences to his family. We will bear the cost of treatment. Abhay Sandhu, a resident of Mohali, was extremely active in the farmers’ agitation against the three agricultural laws and the Tikri and Singhu borders. Punjab Health Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu also expressed grief over the death of Abhay Singh Sandhu.
